Thank you to everyone who came to be a part of the 2017 Wicked Winter Showdown! All the event participants, judges, volunteers, and vendors were fantastic! The event was a huge success because everyone involved went above and beyond and worked hard to keep everything running smoothly!

Congratulations to the winning teams:
1st – 2 Masters and a Millenial (Crossfit Galveston)
2nd – Weight Moves Weight (CrossFit Central Houston)
3rd – Balls to the Wall (Vintage CrossFit)

30 Wall Balls (scale to 20)
15 Hang Power Cleans 135/95 (Advanced 155/105) – goal is to perform these in sets of 3+, not dropping after each rep
