The second workout of the 2017 Age-Group Online Qualifier is a repeat of Open 16.2. For small classes, I recommend setting up two (or more) barbells since there isn’t enough time during this WOD to switch out weights. For large classes, split into two heats where you have a partner set up and change your barbell for you. If you don’t anticipate advancing past the first four minutes, perform the workout as an 8 minute AMRAP to complete the first two rounds. Advanced athletes should re-do the workout with the 4-minute cutoffs.

Beginner/Intermediate perform the first two rounds in 8 minutes and then continue in 4 minute increments as the workout states

Beginning on a 4-minute clock, complete as many reps as possible of:
25 toes-to-bars
50 double-unders
15 squat cleans, 135 lb.
If completed before 4 minutes, add 4 minutes to the clock and proceed to:
25 toes-to-bars
50 double-unders
13 squat cleans, 185 lb.
If completed before 8 minutes, add 4 minutes to the clock and proceed to:
25 toes-to-bars
50 double-unders
11 squat cleans, 225 lb.
If completed before 12 minutes, add 4 minutes to the clock and proceed to:
25 toes-to-bars
50 double-unders
9 squat cleans, 275 lb.
If completed before 16 minutes, add 4 minutes to the clock and proceed to:
25 toes-to-bars
50 double-unders
7 squat cleans, 315 lb.
Stop at 20 minutes.
