20/15 Calorie Bike (each – one partner works while other rests)
50 Wall Balls (total – split up anyway)
30 Pull Ups or 20 Bar Muscle Ups (total – split up anyway)
20/15 Calorie Row (each – one partner works while other rests)
Today’s WOD is a variation of Team Event 3 (see videos below). Rather than performing synchronized wall balls and pull ups, we’ll split the work but also extend the workout to three rounds.
