Thanksgiving Schedule:
Wednesday, 11/22 – No 6:30PM or 7:30PM classes
Thursday, 11/23 – Closed for Thanksgiving
Friday, 11/24 – 9AM – “Jerry” Hero WOD
Saturday, 11/25 – Resume regular schedule
Sunday, 11/26 – Regular Schedule + Rowing Class at 10AM
As a team of 3:
Complete 20 rounds of 10 Alternating Dumbbell Snatch + 10m Overhead Dumbbell Walking Lunge
One partner performs DB Snatch + Lunge couplet
Second partner bikes for distance
Third partner runs 200m.
When partner returns from the run they switch onto the bike. Partner on the bike resumes the couplet and the partner performing the couplet runs 200m.
