Coach Shane de Freitas – Sundays at 10:00AM Each hour-long class will focus on one gymnastics skill. We’ll perform an active warm up and mobility work. Then we’ll work on gymnastics progressions and skills. We’ll finish by applying the gymnastics skills into a simple metcon, combining gymnastics and conditioning.
