50ft (15m) Dual Dumbbell Farmers Walking Lunges
Station 2:
15 Burpees
50 Double Unders
Dumbbells: 2 x 50/35lb, 22.5/15kg
Goal: Complete each set in under 1:30 to allow for 1:00 Rest on each station before tackling the next station.
