Constantly Varied, Functional Movements, Performed at High Intensity
CrossFit is a strength and conditioning methodology that combines weight lifting, gymnastics, and sprinting. CrossFit workouts are constantly varied; we use a wide variety of exercise combinations to keep your body guessing, forcing it to adapt and improve. CrossFit workouts are composed of functional movements; we forego machines for barbells, medicine balls, kettlebells, and our body weight. CrossFit workouts are performed at a high intensity; you’ll challenge yourself by racing the clock, or by racing your friends in the class.
CrossFit workouts are scalable to any fitness level and age. Competitive athletes, military personnel, and law enforcement officials perform the same workouts as moms and grandparents. The weights, repititions, and time domains are scaled to ensure everyone can perform the workout safely and effectively.
CrossFit is a great workout and an even better challenge. You’ll find your strengths and weaknesses. You’ll be challenged to improve both. CrossFit can help you achieve your health, fitness, and competitive goals.

The true goal of CrossFit is to improve our quality of life outside the gym. It is not only an effort to lose bodyfat and maintain lean muscle-mass, but to be able to sustain the ability to play pickup basketball with our grandchildren someday.
For our competitors, we will also provide accessory programming that can be performed before/after classes including weightlifting, skill/gymnastics, and core work.
