We offer a variety of Free CrossFit classes for new members to try: Intro Class, Fundamentals Class, or QuickFit Class.
To register for a Free Intro Class, click one of the classes below and then click the “Register for my Free Class” button at the bottom of this page. Enter the required information on the following screen and click the “Continue” button.
Our Free Intro Class is a 75-minute session where we explain CrossFit and discuss how memberships work at Vintage CrossFit. Then we teach several of the fundamental CrossFit movements and scaling options. We finish the session with a CrossFit workout.
If you have already attended our Intro Class or you are an experienced CrossFitter, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to schedule a complimentary Drop-In class.
Do you need a quick workout but you’re strapped for time? Come to one of our new 30-minute QuickFit classes for an energetic workout that combines cardio, core strengthening, and full-body functional movements like kettlebells and wall balls.
