We offer a 60-minute Free Intro Class for new members to check out Vintage. We will discuss CrossFit, our classes, and membership options. Then we’ll spend the majority of the class practicing the fundamental movements we perform: cardio, air squats, sit-ups, push-ups and pull-ups. Then we’ll apply these movements into an 8-minute CrossFit WOD (Workout of the Day).
