Alex has been involved in health and fitness for most of her life, so when she found CrossFit in 2017 it quickly became the perfect fit. After doing administrative work for her gym back in Oklahoma, she knew she wanted to eventually coach once she moved back home to Houston. Alex obtained her L1 in September of 2022. She brings high energy to the gym and enjoys helping all the members become better versions of themselves.
