Complete as many rounds as possible in 25 minutes of:
11 Chest-to-bar pull-ups
2 Deadlifts, 315/215 pounds
10 Handstand push-ups
Recovery
3-minute row
I recommend sharing a barbell with a partner for this WOD since the deadlifts make up a small percentage of the WOD from a time perspective. Scale the deadlifts to around 80% of 1RM. Since this is a long metcon, the deadlifts will feel especially heavy. Pick a weight that is challenging but you can lift consistently and correctly.
It’s always preferable to perform the full range of motion on the pullups and handstand pushups. Remember it’s an option to scale the number of reps per round to the 5-7 range to help avoid reaching the point of failure early.
