Timeline
The full event timeline including heats and times is attached. The gym opens at 7:00AM on Saturday and the athlete briefing is at 7:45AM. The first workout starts at 8:15AM. We have extra transition time built into the schedule and we will start heats earlier as long as teams are ready. We hope to finish around 2:40PM. The event afterparty is at Canyon Creek Bar and Grill at 3PM. The winning team get free lunch & one drink each!

Parking (Click here for map)
We expect the parking lot to fill up early. Participants can park in the Pearl Bar parking lot on the corner of Washington and Thompson or street parking along Center St. Wherever you park do not leave any valuables in your cars.

Athlete Area
Please sign a waiver at the registration table when you arrive. You can set up your chairs/tent in the grassy area behind our gym (accessible from the parking lot or through the gym) or in the small lot adjacent to Vintage (part of Underdog’s pub). The floater will take place in front of the gym and the warm-up area will also be out front next to the floater.

Raffle
We’ll have a raffle open to all participants, spectators, and judges. Prizes include Kill Cliff 4-packs, wine from Prophecy vineyards, a $50 Lululemon gift card, and a 2-lb bag of Progenex Recovery. Bring $5 to buy a raffle ticket!

Vendors
Bare Bakery will sell coffee, grain free breakfast and lunch items. They will be inside the gym alongside Red Lion Wear. We have free bottled water for participants & spectators. We have Kill Cliff, Gatorade, Perfect Bars, and Goat Tape for sale in the office. Dr. Matt Arnold from Airrosti will be available in the office for athlete care at no cost. We’ll also have Trevor Gerland Photography snapping photos and DJ Miss Berri providing the playlist.
