I like to pair DT with Murph as benchmarks because the two WODs test different ends of the spectrum: DT is a short to medium length WOD with only a heavy barbell. This WOD will test your barbell strength. Murph is a long, high volume gymnastics test. If you can Rx both workouts, your fitness is well-rounded!
Build in weight to heavier than WOD weight on 3 Deadlifts + 2 HPC + 1 PJ
Five rounds for time of:
155 pound Deadlift, 12 reps
155 pound Hang power clean, 9 reps
155 pound Push jerk, 6 reps
