At Vintage we’re committed to providing a great training environment through our coaching, our facility, and our community. Your enthusiasm and commitment to training at Vintage is the greatest compliment and best validation for our staff. We’ve watched our Monday evening classes consistently reach or exceed capacity so starting this Monday we have increased the class size to 20 members and we’ll have Coach Cody join Coach Justin so we’ll have two coaches available at the 5:30PM and 6:30PM classes. I have also started adding to the outdoor area at the gym to give us additional workout space. Please continue to check in for classes to help us continue to monitor class size and to assign coaching resources appropriately.
The Intro Class has been moved from Monday to Wednesday. Do you know someone who should try out Vintage? Send them to our Free Classes page to sign up for an Intro.
