The 2016 CrossFit Games come to a close on Sunday evening. If you’re reading this on Sunday, swing by the gym at 5PM for an extra Open Gym and to watch the final events at the Games! We have a fun week where we’ll do variations of the Games WODs.
Deadlift Ladder
Every :30 for 12 reps (6 minutes total)

Add 5-20# every minute – have a partner load the weights
Pick your starting point and weight increments but plan to build to 90% of 1RM for the last two reps.

50 Wall Balls 20/14 (Advanced: 30/20#)
25 Med Ball Situps (Advanced GHDSU)
Run 200m with Med Ball
