We have a great week of workouts planned! We have been doing a lot of squatting on Mondays during the past few weeks. We’ll change direction this week with Snatches and Cleans on Monday and Tuesday. You’ll also have an opportunity to work on both bar and ring muscle ups this week. We’ll finish the week with one of the recently released hero WODs on Friday.
