Last Thursday evening kicked off the second round of the CrossFit Games season for qualifying Masters (35+) and Teenagers (14-17). CrossFit released four workouts to be completed between Thursday – Monday. These workouts are similar to the CrossFit Open workouts but include some higher skill movements. This Monday – Thursday we’ll have “Age Group Online Qualifier” Week at Vintage where we’ll try out a variation or the prescribed version of the four workouts.

3 Rounds for time
30 Alternating Dumbbell Snatch, 50/35
25 Calorie Row
20 Burpees over Bar/Paralette
10 Ring Muscle Ups (or 15 Ring Dips/Bar Dips/Ring Push Ups)
Time cap: 20 minutes
If class size and equipment (dumbbell/rower availability) allows, advanced athletes can try the Rx version:
