Yoga with Gretchen

We’ll have a guest Yoga instructor this week: Gretchen! Come out for some active recovery, flexibility, and balance work!

Vintage Open Team Shirts

Check out this year’s Vintage Open team shirts! We’re drafting teams tomorrow so get signed up (including past participants!). https://games.crossfit.com/

We’ll have T-Shirts and Tanks available for both men and women.

Team captains will be collecting shirt orders this weekend after the draft! The order will be placed first thing Monday morning so we can have them for 18.1 so make sure you get your orders in!

Vintage Open 2018

We’re up to 70+ registered for the Open! Is the Open for you? Yes!

Make sure you get signed up this week to be included in the Vintage Open draft happening this Saturday! Past participants will remain on their team by default unless they want to change teams and declare as a free agent. Email me if you want to become a free agent this year. Past participants still need to be registered on the Games website prior to the draft so we can keep the team rosters balanced!

If this is your first Vintage Open, you’re automatically a free agent. Please complete the attached form to help our captains get to know you before the draft!

Past Vintage Open participants can declare as a free agent by completing this form.

Free agents will be available for team captains to draft onto their teams.

Box Jumps (increase height each round using plates)

WOD

With a partner
AMRAP 16
25/20 Heavy Jump Rope, each while partner holds Wall Sit
20/15 Calorie Row, each while partner holds Low Plank
15 Bench Press, 155/95, split reps any way with partner spotting

Scale Bench Press weight up or down so you can perform 3+ reps per set for the duration of the WOD
