We are working through a “you go, I go” style workout alternating full rounds on this little triplet. Each round should be done quickly and efficiently with the note that the handstand walk for most will be the limiter. Stay steady through the clean and press as well as the GHD’s to ensure that you are ready to tackle the handstand walk.
