“We Lost Doug”

*Each Round as a Sprint
Today is all about sprint speed and all out effort. The bike is there as the finish to each round as it is the focus. We want to breath through the double unders, hit the burpees as fast as possible, and then jump on the bike and go full throttle to finish each round. Expectation is to try to finish each round in about 2:00.

100m Hill Sprint
*find a steep hill and do this at the bottom of the hill.
