This workout is performed as 1 Burpee Bar Muscle-Ups, then 2 Strict Pull-Ups + 1 Burpee Bar Muscle-Up, then 3 Burpee Bar Touches + 2 Strict Pull-Ups + 1 Burpee Bar Muscle-Up, then 4 Push-Ups + 3 Burpee Bar Touches + 2 Strict Pull-Ups + 1 Burpee Bar Muscle-Up and so on until we hit the final round of 12 Wall Walks + 11 Power Snatch + 10 Wall Balls and all the way down to the final Burpee Bar Muscle-Up. Start at a controlled consistent pace as this workout isn’t even halfway done until you have finished the round of 9 down to 1.
