9 Deadlifts 225/155lb, (102/70kg)

Ideally this is done by alternating Full rounds with partner

8 Narrow Grip Bench Press @ 21×1 Tempo
6-8 Reps/ Arm x Med Ball Offset Push Up
5-6 Barbell Bent Over Row, Moderate Heavy Load
12 Banded Tricep Extensions
