Laura tried her first CrossFit class in 2017 and there was no going back after. The variety of workouts and welcoming community is what keeps her motivated. She earned her CF-L1 in May 2021 and enjoys helping people reach their goals. The thing she loves most about CrossFit is that regardless of age, stage, or background, anyone can do CrossFit! So keep showing up, do some fitness, and celebrate each other’s wins.
MORE INFOWhen his wife first suggested him to try CrossFit, he was skeptical because of the intensity it was known for, but got hooked to it after the first couple of months of trying to learn all the gymnastics movements and technical aspects of Olympic lifting. As he gained experience, he quickly found that he wanted to help new members feel welcome and provide any tips that he was approached with.
MORE INFOBel has been a CrossFit fanatic since her first class in 2015. Her interest only increased so she got her CF-L1 in 2021 and began coaching immediately. Bel is also a yoga teachers (eRYT200) and a ballroom dance instructor. She loves bringing people into the fitness family and is passionate about helping people keep their bodies healthy through movement.

With beginnings as a gymnast, he quickly transitioned into the sport of Olympic weightlifting at the age of 10. Bredni’s lifelong passion and love for the sport of Olympic weightlifting made him a natural fit for the sport of CrossFit. He has been a CrossFit coach for over 9 years in Chetumal, Mexico. He is excited to bring his passion and knowledge for weightlifting and competitive sports to Houston, Texas.
MORE INFOAlex has been involved in health and fitness for most of her life, so when she found CrossFit in 2017 it quickly became the perfect fit. After doing administrative work for her gym back in Oklahoma, she knew she wanted to eventually coach once she moved back home to Houston. Alex obtained her L1 in September of 2022. She brings high energy to the gym and enjoys helping all the members become better versions of themselves.
MORE INFODennis started Vintage CrossFit in December 2012. Vintage is focused on providing an environment where members have access to qualified, experienced CrossFit trainers in a friendly, personalized environment. He is a Certified CrossFit Trainer (CF-L3).
MORE INFOSebastian began playing team handball at the age of 8, where he continued to play through college and national team level participating in several international tournaments. After moving to Houston in 2008 shortly after his graduation, he spent 6 years going to conventional gyms, playing soccer and team handball on occasion. He realized he was missing the competitive drive of playing high level sports, and started doing CrossFit at the end of 2014 and he only wishes he had started when he first moved to Texas.
MORE INFOKristie joined Vintage CrossFit in November 2016 after moving to Houston from Ohio. She started CrossFit in 2012 after her first exposure to CrossFit while training for the Warrior Dash. Kristie enjoys the friendly competition, the challenge of improving each movement, and striving to perform at one’s personal best each day.
MORE INFOMatt has been involved in sports his entire life. He enjoyed playing for the men’s club soccer team during his college years in Virginia. Matt has always enjoyed weightlifting, but after beginning a career in law enforcement he realized how critical functional fitness is. Matt found CrossFit 6 years ago and knew that constantly varied functional fitness was ideal to help him excel in his profession and to generally be well rounded and healthy.
MORE INFOTrack has always been Ryan’s forte with over 12 years of experience, namely the 400- and 800-meter events. As a CrossFit Level 1 Certified Trainer, he aims to channel his love of fitness into the world of CrossFit.
