Regionals Week Day 1
The 2017 CrossFit Regionals take place during the next three weekends around the world. This year the individual athletes have six events and we will perform these events on Monday-Friday, modified for available equipment. On Saturday and during the new Sunday 5PM CrossFit class, we’ll do two of the 2017 Regionals Team workouts. We’ll continue with our push up accessory work on Tuesday and Thursday and we’ll throw in some barbells for strength work on Wednesday and Friday. Get ready for a fun week of Regionals WODs!
